This week we learned about visual language.

Project 2: Pitch Bible
In this project, we have to create a pitch bible document that calls for the provision of visual materials to accompany content information in the form of slide presentations. We are also required to present the pitch bible. The pitch bible document must follow slide presentation format which the content must include:

Presentation Slide
- Cover page with title
- Log line and synopsis
- Product specifications (Genre, target audience, duration, technique)
- Theme
- Character
- World

Presentation Video
- Record yourself pitching the content not more than 8 minutes with a presentation slide and camera on
- Save as MP4 format
- Upload on Youtube as unlisted
- Submit the video link


Visual Design
I included all required contents into the slides I created in Canva. Then, I drew 3 of my main characters which are the twins, Jamie and Stella and the witch in its young and old form.

  • A little boy around the age of a middle schooler.
  • Wears a makeshift knight armor.
  • Wears a belt with a makeshift sword.
  • Appears mischievous (grin).

Layout Design
The exterior of the place would have the abandoned look covered with overgrown nature throughout the years of the house being there. Worn down and broken wood floors all over the home, creaking from every steps one take.

It took me a while to get my pitch bible ready due to my intensiveness of choosing the design of my witch character.

Mr. Kamal briefed us on the work that we will be working on throughout the semester. The assessment consists of exercises, project 1,2 and a final project.
