Reflection

Experience
Enrolling this advanced typography class was an insane journey as it was filled of fun tasks for us to do. Throughout the course, I've learnt to deepened my understanding and appreciation for the art to type design. The projects given has challenged me to apply my past knowledge during typography class and also the ones I've learnt throughout the semester. The instructor's guidance, coupled with peer critiques, fostered a collaborative learning environment that enriched my perspective on the significance of typography in communication and branding. 


Observations
My journey has led me to learn more about myself. I had a few weakness in terms of getting my progress in time to share in class but I was still able to get my work done. I'm not proud of it and I hope I can fix that one day. Furthermore, the feedbacks given by Mr. Vinod were useful in helping me getting better results in my design. Plus, the feedback given to my fellow coursemates were useful in order for me to make the same mistakes as they did along the way.


Findings
 I find that it's not that easy to make a font as there were a lot of factors that can be think about to make it different than the existing fonts. It was interesting to learn the basics of typography and the ways to make a good composition.
