Class Summary

Week 4
This week we talked about Mise En Scene. It was something used in theater and was slowly adapted into movies. It refers to the visual elements of a scene in a movie and how it is arranged.

After the lecture, we were briefed on our next task which required us to shoot scenes in 2 groups. I was put into group B. Our group was tasked with recreating scenes from the movie 'Beef'. I volunteered to be the producer as no one wanted to be it in my group sobsob. what does a producer do even sobsob ):


Instruction
We were tasked to do audio dubbing (speech and sound effects only, no music) to a muted clip from the movie "Munich". We will need to record the dialogues and find sound effects for the clip, then edit the audio to match the clip. 
  • Watch the video on the Premiere Pro timeline
  • List down each scene on a spreadsheet
  • List out each sound effects for each scene
  • Record voice with the phone, and search sound effects online.
  • Place audio files on the timeline, and sync them with video.
