Lecture
In Week 3, we started a new project, Digital Collage Design. We were introduced to Adobe Photoshop along with some tools we will be using such as the lasso tool, pen tool, magic wand, marquee selection tool, layers, etc.


Lasso Tool: Allows you to draw and pinpoint specific areas of a document. 
Pen Tool: Usually pictures with a background. It creates a path from scratch. 
Magic Wand: Usually pictures with no background. 



Tutorial
Mr. Fauzi gave us a demonstration on how to use the main tools we will need for this project in Photoshop. He also showed us videos to introduce the project and help us gain a better understanding of what we will be doing. 




Practical
For this practical, we need to create 3 different digital collage compositions using the images we downloaded from Google Drive. It was suggested not to use too many images and remember to create a focal point.

I had my first idea when I realised I could make bizzare animals from using the fishes. Then, I had the idea to recreate a crazy scene of the exinction.

Reflection
On this week, we learnt about the basic tools in Photoshop and applied knowledge onto our task. We learnt to make a good composition. Being able to do a digital knowledge is so much fun as I was able to manipulate the elements in so many ways.
